Falco was nominated the title of Peace Keeper after being the trusted personal body guard of Karl Franz himself. As the Peace Keeper he is the commander of the Relieve Force, a force that can be composed of the reserve troops of 3 city states: Talabheim, Nuln and Middenheim. Also the Grandmasters often send along a unit or two regiments of their order to show their aknowledgement to the Relieve Force and their leader.
The Relieve Force is an army that can deploy rapidly and serves as a buffer when a new enemy threats the Empire. Thanks to this buffer Karl Franz and his Elector Counts are able to organise their larger armies to finish the threat once and for all...

Falco found El'Ectr on one of the few campaigns he joined outside the Empire, in the land of Khemri. El'Ectr had been sold as a slave in his childhood but had been raised by a patient elder in the Far East. The elder was a former apprentice of the college of heaven and had learned El'Ectr everything he knew. With his powers he was able to free himself and get a nice reputation. However, it was after the siege of Falco and his troops on the city he lived in he was found under the ruins by Falco himself. He had been left there for dead by his fellow citizens, but the Peace Keeper ordered that he should be saved. El'Ectr has been in his service ever since...
